Toastmasters Club
Sydney Sunday Morning Toastmasters Club was originally chartered as Sydney Singles Toastmasters Club was chartered in June 1996. Originally established as an Advanced Club, aimed at existing Toastmasters who happened to be single, it chartered before its first meeting!
In recent years, our membership has diversified and now we're not all single!
So we have changed our name to Sydney Sunday Morning Toastmasters Club.
We remain proud of our history - members of our club have competed in District (State) finals for International, Evaluation, Humourous and Table Topics contests.
But, with our membership continuing to grow we've decided that we need a name that more accurately reflects our identity.

 Experienced professionals and beginning speakers alike can benefit from our practical, face-to-face learning program. Whether you're speaking to the board of directors, your customers, your co-workers or your kids, Toastmasters can help you do it better. You'll learn and practice in a friendly, comfortable environment with people who are there for the same reason you areto become better communicators.
At Toastmasters, members learn by speaking to groups and working with others in a supportive environment. Our club meets twice a month for about 2 and a half hours. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, presenting prepared speeches, and offering constructive evaluation. Make this the year you visit Sydney Sunday Morning Toastmasters.
